If required, we can also take care of the cleaning of your Apartment, so that when you arrive you can get an immediate rest in your bed with fresh sheets and towels, or just start cooking in your cleaned Kitchen, or even find a warm heated Apartment in the colder seasons.

If you wish your Apartment be a good short-term investment, we can rent it on weekly basis when you are not here.

Our experience shows that renting a nice and refined Apartment does not affect the quality of it, on the contrary, it can preserve it from typical damages that normally occur when it remains unused too long (humidity, dishwasher, heating...).
We have also noticed also that our Guests leave nice and cleaned Apartment in the same state they find it when they arrive.

That is why we give a lot of importance to a very nice welcome and to the level of the cleaning.

The rental revenue can be tax-free and it pays the maintenance of your Property and gives a very interesting rate on the amount you invested in buying it.
